Registration for currently enrolled students

It is the time of year when we begin the registration process for our incoming preschool students. Any legal resident of Nahant who is three years old before September 1, 2012, is eligible for our incoming preschool class.

An information night for all incoming parents will be held in the spring. We will let you know when that date will be.

For students who are currently enrolled at the Preschool: The forms listed below will need to be completed and returned by 2/1/2012. We are also sending hard copies of these forms home with your child. If you have any questions, do not hesitate to contact the school.

Welcome!

We are very excited to have the Nahant Integrated Preschool as a part of the Johnson School. The fifth year of the program will be very exciting as we grow as a school community.

The Preschool classes will make a weekly trip to the library every Wednesday. The children will be able to check out books each week. Many thanks to the PTO volunteers for keeping the library open this year.

We also have a scheduled time that we can use the gym. Our gym days are Thurday and Friday. Please dress your child in appropriate footwear on gym days, as we will go outside for gym whenever possible.

Lunch Bunch

Mrs. K will be running Preschool "Lunch Bunch" every Monday through Friday from 11:30 - 2:15 The cost of Lunch Bunch is $17. Please let you child's teacher know if you are interested in signing your child up for this extended day portion of preschool.

Field Trip!

Our Community Helpers theme began with a field trip to the Nahant Fire Station. Many thanks to the Nahant Firefighters for teaching the children the importance of fire safety.
